Resetting your cPanel password from your Client Area

Your cPanel password can be changed from your Service Details page in the Client Area at our website.  Your cPanel username and password are different from the username and password you use to log in to the Client Area, and changing one does not affect the other.

To access your Service Details, log in to the Client Area at our website.  Once you log in, you will see a line of links near the top of the page.  Click on "My Services" to view a list of the services you've purchased from us.  Click on the small icon on the right side of the Shared Hosting entry in the service listing to view your Service Details.  This is where you can view and change your Service Account password.

The password for your Client Area can be changed at the bottom of the "My Details" page.  Changing the password for your Client Area will have no effect on your cPanel password.
